We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager with a strong background in business development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a dual focus on financial management and strategic growth initiatives, helping to drive both financial stability and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.
- Business Development:
- Evaluate growth opportunities.
- Perform financial due diligence and feasibility studies.
- Assist in the development of business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and systems.
- Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with exposure to business development activities.
- Strong understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, including market analysis, project evaluation, and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior
management and stakeholders.
