Accountant

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Those with experience in F&B, hospitality, or multi?unit operations are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow)
Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations
Handle monthly closing and financial analysis
Oversee inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS)
Ensure VAT/tax compliance and prepare related filings
Support audits and implement financial controls

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
4–6 years of accounting experience (F&B/Hospitality preferred)
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and inventory accounting
Proficiency in ERP systems, POS systems, and advanced Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills
Middle East or Oman Exp is preferred to have.
