Marketing Executive

Job description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand building, ATL and BTL marketing activities, and hands-on experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can drive brand visibility, lead generation, and market penetration initiatives.

Below are the requirements in the candidate

Brand Management: Develop brand strategies, ensure consistent positioning, and monitor competitors.

Campaign Execution: Lead ATL (print, radio, digital) and BTL (events, activations, roadshows) initiatives.

Agency & Digital: Coordinate with media/digital agencies to manage paid ads, social media, and lead alignment.

Financials: Manage marketing budgets, optimize costs, and report on monthly ROI.

Education: Requires an MBA in Marketing Management or an equivalent degree.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in brand building in relevant field.

Salary Bracket: 450 to 550RO
