Job Description

• Maintained updated inventory records and placed new orders to suppliers. • Tracked the arrival of recently ordered materials. • Checked incoming goods to verify that received items matched what was actually ordered. • Ensured that all materials and products were properly entered into system. • Ensured that all quality control procedures were followed. • Coordinated efforts with all members of the helper team. • Ensured that all deliveries were stored according to storage instructions. • Coordinate with freight forwarder for collection of consignment from suppliers (UAE). • Ensured that all delivered materials went to the right customer on timely manner. • Preparation of Entry Slip / Delivery Slip of materials received from Supplier • Preparation Slip (PS) distributing helpers to arrange customer order materials ready on timely. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention in detail. Well versed with MS suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Languages: English, Hindi and Arabic will be preferable
