1. Tile and Marble Setter

Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation: Evaluate, clean, level, and smooth surfaces for proper tile installation.

Measurement and Layout: Accurately measure and plan tile layouts for symmetry.

Cutting and Shaping: Skillfully cut tiles to fit specific spaces.

Installation: Apply adhesives and ensure proper alignment during installation.

Grouting: Fill spaces between tiles for a uniform appearance.

Finishing and Sealing: Clean and polish tiles, applying sealant when necessary.

Repair and Maintenance: Address issues with installed tiles to ensure longevity.

Communication: Collaborate with our construction professionals.

Safety Compliance: Follow safety regulations for a secure work environment.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on tile installation techniques.

Requirements:

Previous experience in tile and marble setting.

Knowledge of tiling designs and installation techniques.

Ability to operate hand and machine cutting tools.

Good communication skills.

Ability to read tile layouts and blueprints.

2. Experienced Painter

Responsibilities:

Inspect surfaces to determine the appropriate primers, paints, and finishes.

Protect furniture, fixtures, and surfaces during painting.

Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.

Conduct minor repairs (e.g., filling cracks, dents, and holes).

Mix paint colors accurately to achieve desired hues.

Apply paint, varnish, sealant, and stain as needed.

Adhere to safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized job site.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a painter.

Proficient in using tools and working on ladders.

Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Experience in gypsum taping, jointing, wall painting, and polishing preferred.

Familiarity with texture paints and decorative painting techniques is a plus.

GCC experience is highly desirable.

3. Experienced Gypsum Worker

Responsibilities:

Install decorative cornices, false ceilings, and other gypsum materials based on project specs.

Measure and cut gypsum boards for precise installation.

Apply adhesives, screws, or nails to fasten gypsum materials securely.

Finish surfaces with plaster or joint compound for a smooth texture.

Perform decorative detailing as required by clients.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain a clean and organized job site while following safety protocols.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in gypsum work or a similar role.

Expertise in installing decorative cornices, false ceilings, and wall designs.

Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and finishing gypsum boards.

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Familiarity with project blueprints and drawings.

Basic English communication skills.
