Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Oman. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, supporting sales activities, and coordinating with engineering and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing equipment and instrumentation and identify areas for improvement.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable instrumentation and control solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop efficient solutions as per client specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, reports, schematics, and other documentation.
• Support installation, commissioning, testing, and implementation of measuring devices and control systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support and training to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, instrumentation, process control, or industrial automation will be an advantage.
• Good technical and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Candidates currently available in Oman are preferred.
