Senior Accountant/Senior Executive (Inter of CA/CWA) or M.com
Qualification – Sem qualified (Inter of CA/CWA) or M.com
-Passing various AR accounting entries in SAP HANA and managing a team of 25 branch cashiers in various locations.
- Voucher review and posting
- Accounts Staff KPI Review, leave planning and posting, monthly attendance related job completion.
- Review of Cheque / Cash Deposit Process. Cash and Credit Card and other Accounts review and issue notes to business team, follow up for pending cases.
- Review of various other Accounts Receivable and GL Accounts and cleaning it up
- Attending Inter Departmental meeting and completion of action against the agreed points.
- Monthly Debtor’s Provision working and passing of entries.
- Monthly Debtor’s MIS working and report preparation.
- SAP HANA Business Blueprint Review, approval, testing cycle, postproduction review.
- Centralized Accounts Records House Keeping supervision.
- Handling the Internal Audits related to AR function of the group
- Should have zeal to travel to all the locations to check work of all the branch cashiers
- Should maintain relationship with Divisional Heads and update them on the missing entries
