Sales Manager – Muscat, Oman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, increasing revenue, and building strong customer relationships.

This position is open to Omani nationals residing in Muscat only.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.
• Set individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance departments.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance indicators.
• Train and support team members to improve sales skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

• Omani national currently residing in Muscat.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management or a similar position.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Muscat market and local business environment.
• Ability to manage, coach, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
