Executive Assistant to The CEO & Management Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and confident professional to support the CEO and coordinate management activities across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize the CEO’s schedule and management meetings
• Prepare meeting minutes, action plans, and follow-up reports
• Attend or lead selected internal meetings when delegated by the CEO
• Follow up with department heads until assigned tasks are completed
• Monitor departmental KPIs, OKRs, deadlines, and weekly plans
• Identify delays and unresolved matters and report them to the CEO
• Coordinate Odoo requirements and issues with different departments
• Follow up with the Odoo developer on developments, customizations, and bug fixes
• Test completed Odoo developments and maintain an updated progress tracker

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Confident personality with basic management and leadership skills
• Good understanding of KPIs, OKRs, and action plans
• Strong written and spoken English
• Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and digital systems
• Experience with Odoo or ERP systems is an advantage
• Relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred
