Job Overview

As a Restaurant Supervisor at L'ETO Group, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate the team, and ensure smooth, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. This role calls for strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and close attention to detail to uphold our high service standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Organize daily restaurant operations, including shift assignments and scheduling
• Ensure the team has full awareness of the menu and the brand's service standards
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant throughout service in line with food safety regulations
• Identify the most efficient methods for serving food, beverages, and pastries, regardless of guest volume
• Motivate and engage staff on each shift, encouraging teamwork and communication to maintain a positive atmosphere while meeting sales and performance targets
• Drive restaurant sales, including Sales per Head and additional sales
• Analyze sales and operational KPIs, taking timely action to improve performance
• Lead, coach, and develop the FOH team
• Plan staff schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth service
• Manage staff documentation, including sick leave, leave requests, and other HR-related matters
• Take full ownership of and responsibility for restaurant operations, maintaining a strong floor presence throughout each shift
• Conduct regular inventory and stock takes, replenishing supplies on time to maintain par levels and ingredient availability
• Monitor food quality, presentation, timing, and service standards
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and build relationships with regular guests
• Anticipate guest needs and prevent dissatisfaction wherever possible; handle complaints and service recovery professionally when issues arise
• Use guest feedback constructively to support the company's growth and continuous improvement
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and cared for on an ongoing basis
• Complete accurate operational reports, ordering, and administrative procedures required for restaurant operations
• Carry out duties in line with the weekly schedule

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience in the Gulf region, overseeing teams of at least 10-15 staff members
• A friendly yet fair and disciplined leadership style
• A positive, confident, and ambitious personality
• Confident, proactive, and a strong critical thinker with sound decision-making skills
• Openness to joining a warm, close-knit team
• Willingness to complete ongoing training, tastings, and guidance provided by the company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Syrve POS
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
