We are seeking a responsible and efficient Office Boy

Job description

We are seeking a responsible and efficient Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including meeting rooms and pantry.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
  • Handle outdoor tasks such as delivering documents or collecting parcels.
  • Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and report shortages.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after use.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks or report issues to relevant staff.
  • Support the administrative team with errands and messenger duties.
  • Monitor and manage waste disposal in office areas.
  • Follow company policies and maintain a professional attitude.

Requirements: Basic reading/writing skills, punctuality, honesty, and a helpful nature.

Benefits: Food, accommodation and travel will be company provided. apart from basic salary.
