Lead Physiotherapist

Job description

Required Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
  • Mandatory experience in leading or managing a rehabilitation center or department.
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of physiotherapists.
  • Must hold a valid Oman MOH Physiotherapy License or meet the eligibility requirements to obtain one.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Experience in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation center or hospital.
  • Exposure to neurological, musculoskeletal, and functional rehabilitation.
  • Experience with advanced rehabilitation technologies, including robotic rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the rehabilitation center’s daily clinical and operational activities.
  • Supervise the physiotherapy team and ensure effective staff utilization.
  • Oversee patient assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Monitor team performance, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
