Job Vacancy: Call Center Agent

Location: Muscat, Oman
Position: Call Center Agent

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and follow up on requests.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
  • Ability to multi task.

Requirements

  • Expat candidates preferred.
  • Previous call center experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Malayalam.
  • Efficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good typing and data entry skills.
  • Must be willing to work rotational shifts.
  • Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
