Relationship Officer – Direct Sales
Location: Muscat International Airport, Oman
Employment Type: Full-Time | Shift-Based
We're Looking For A target-driven, customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and relationship management, capable of representing the bank professionally in a dynamic airport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell retail banking products, including accounts, cards, and personal loans.
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with account opening and product applications.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank policies.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (banking direct sales experience preferred).
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
