* **Software Proficiency:** Tally ERP (required), Odoo (preferred), and MS Office.
* **Financial Operations:** Financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheets), month-end/year-end closing, data entry, budgeting, and cost control.
* **Taxation & Compliance:** VAT and income tax preparation/filing, ROC compliance, tax planning, and internal audits.
