About the Role

Smart Vision Technical Services LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the construction, interior, and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong industry connections, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, interior, and fit-out sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and market research.
• Meet prospective clients to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the construction, interior, or fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of the Oman construction and fit-out market.
• Existing network with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and developers is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid Oman driving license is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
