A leading bank in Oman is seeking an experienced Head of Events & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to lead the strategic direction, governance, and execution of its Events and CSR portfolio.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving impactful initiatives that enhance brand reputation, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support business growth in alignment with Oman Vision 2040.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Bank's Events & CSR strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Lead the planning and governance of corporate, internal, and external events.

• Drive CSR initiatives that deliver measurable social, environmental, and reputational impact.

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with government entities, NGOs, and key stakeholders.

• Manage annual Events & CSR budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.

• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and risk management requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Events & CSR team.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

? Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Events, CSR, Corporate Communications, or a related discipline. Candidates MUST BE IN OMAN. Preference will be given to Omani nationals. 

? Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning experience.

? Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver measurable business and brand outcomes.
