Position: Senior Accountant (2 Nos)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate / Property Development / Construction

Salary Range: OMR. 400 to 600
Location: Muscat, Oman

Misk Real Estate Development is a leading company engaged in property development, construction of commercial and residential buildings and real estate sales. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Muscat.

Position: Senior Accountant

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in any of the following sectors:
• Real Estate Sales
• Property Development
• Construction Industry
• Experience outside the above sectors will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
• Experience in handling accounting functions within real estate development, property sales, or construction projects.
