Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable: preparing payment vouchers.
Accounts Receivable: preparing receipt vouchers and confirming payments to sales/operations team.
Bank Reconciliation: Monitoring bank statements and reconciling accounts with precision for multiple banks and cards.
PJ posting: Execute daily Purchase Journal (PJ) postings and general ledger entries within Jupiter software to maintain up-to-date accounts payable records.
Audit Support: Assisting internal and external auditors during year-end reviews.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience: 0-1 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding sectors.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (like Tally, Jupiter) and advanced MS Excel skills.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Oman’s VAT regulations and labor laws.
