Call Center Executive (Automobiles)

Job Summary

The Call Center Executive is responsible for handling customer calls, scheduling service appointments, responding to inquiries, registering complaints, and ensuring timely follow-up to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Book and confirm vehicle service appointments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and warranties.
  • Register and follow up on customer complaints and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Conduct customer follow-up and customer satisfaction calls.

Requirements

  • Nationality: Omani.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (automotive experience is preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
