Job description

We are looking for a skilled Waterproofing Applicator with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in various waterproofing systems. The candidate should be capable of independently executing waterproofing works using different materials and methods as per site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform membrane waterproofing using torch-applied (bituminous) systems.

Execute combo waterproofing systems (membrane + liquid coating) with proper application sequence.

Carry out waterproofing works for porta cabins using suitable techniques.

Apply liquid waterproofing systems such as polyurethane, acrylic, and cementitious coatings in wet areas.

Perform roof waterproofing works (flat and sloped roofs).

Ensure proper surface preparation including cleaning, leveling, priming, and crack repair.

Handle mixing and application of waterproofing materials as per manufacturer specifications.

Ensure correct overlapping, joint treatment, and detailing in membrane applications.

Conduct basic inspection and leak testing after application.

Follow method statements, technical data sheets (TDS), and site instructions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in waterproofing works.
• Strong knowledge of torch-applied membrane systems.
• Experience in combo systems and correct application sequence.
• Familiarity with porta cabin, roof, and wet area waterproofing.
• Knowledge of liquid waterproofing systems.
• Ability to handle all types of waterproofing materials.
