Job Title: Civil Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

Burhan Oil and Trade Services is looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project cost control for civil and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have experience in construction projects and a good understanding of contract and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Review drawings and specifications for tendering and project execution.
• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Monitor project costs and support cost control activities.
• Prepare progress claims, variations, and payment certificates.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project records and commercial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction projects.
• Experience in Oman and PDO projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying practices.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
