Job description

Experienced Accountant with 3 to 5 years of professional experience, specifically working with the Odoo ERP platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting operations, and supporting the company’s financial processes using Odoo.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations using the Odoo platform

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups through Odoo

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts in Odoo

• Support audit processes and provide required documentation

• Collaborate with management to improve financial procedures and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.

• Mandatory experience working with Odoo ERP system.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Experience with VAT and local tax regulations is preferred.

• Strong written and spoken English, clear accent.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
