Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative Officer/PRO to support our operations and administrative functions. The role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, supporting logistics activities, and ensuring smooth workflow across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative and operational support tasks efficiently.

Coordinate between departments and follow up on task completion.

Support procurement, logistics, and delivery processes.

Maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, reports, and internal records.

Track project timelines and assist in scheduling activities.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Handle government-related processes and coordinate with relevant authorities.



Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
