Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to lead our sales efforts and drive growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to elevate sales performance and promote the Academy’s training programs to individuals and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Promote and sell training programs to corporate and individual clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with the Managing Director on sales planning and market expansion
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role in Oman
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with training/education sector is an advantage
Compensation:
Salary starts at: OMR 500 monthly, plus car and mobile
