Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our new Oman branch. The ideal candidate will assist management, handle office coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office tasks.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
- Support HR and management with basic administrative duties.
- Maintain office supplies and filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in Oman or willing to relocate.
