We are seeking a highly organized and versatile professional to join our team as an HR Manager / Secretarial & Admin Officer.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager
  • Develop, implement, and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specifically designed for the rental business to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare minutes
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
