We are looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Staff to join our restaurant team. The Counter Staff will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring excellent customer service at the counter.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Process payments (cash and electronic) and issue receipts.
Pack and serve takeaway orders properly.
Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints politely.
Follow restaurant policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Female, preferably from the Philippines.
Experience in customer service, cashiering, or F&B industry is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Arabic & English.
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Honest, punctual, and reliable.
