We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook to join our kitchen team and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should be a hardworking, team-oriented individual who can follow instructions and help us delight our customers with authentic South Indian flavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in preparing:

    • South Indian staples: Dosa (all types), Idli, Vada, Pongal, Poori, Chapati, Parotta, etc.

    • Snacks & Street Food: Samosa, Pav Bhaji

    • Variety Rice: Sambar, Tomato, Tamarind, Lemon, Coconut

    • Main Course: Vegetarian Biryani

Requirements:

  • Age: 25 – 35 years

  • Nationality: Indian

  • Education: Basic qualification or Diploma in Hotel Management / Food Preparation

  • Experience: 5 – 8 years in a reputed South Indian Vegetarian Restaurant
