Expertise in preparing:
South Indian staples: Dosa (all types), Idli, Vada, Pongal, Poori, Chapati, Parotta, etc.
Snacks & Street Food: Samosa, Pav Bhaji
Variety Rice: Sambar, Tomato, Tamarind, Lemon, Coconut
Main Course: Vegetarian Biryani
Age: 25 – 35 years
Nationality: Indian
Education: Basic qualification or Diploma in Hotel Management / Food Preparation
Experience: 5 – 8 years in a reputed South Indian Vegetarian Restaurant
Salary: Based on experience, as per industry standards
