Looking for HR Recruiter
Job Description:
Actively searching for qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
Manage recruitment records and data accurately and ensure the timely updating of the same
Negotiating job offers and facilitating the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain accurate records
Ensuring that the right individuals are placed in positions that align with company requirement
And all other Administration work
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience as a recruitment consultant ( Preferred from Health care background)
Proficiency in recruitment processes through Agency, social media platform and other sources.
Good communication skills.
Experience mnimum 5-8 yrs
