-Responsible for managing financial transactions and preparing periodical financial analysis
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure proper documentation of store operations. A dual role requiring strong accounting skills and proficient store management abilities.
- Compile and analyse financial information in preparation for entry into various financial statements and accounting reports, and make appropriate entries.
- Maintaining and updating accounts related files.
- Payment Follow-up with a customers (For outstanding due bills).
- Analysing sales reports on monthly basis and reporting to Management on profit achievement
- Receipts or cash vouchers entry & breakup checking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
