IT Sales Specialist


Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sales of ERP (particularly Odoo), mobile apps, and websites.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships across the enterprise and SME sectors.
  • Generate and convert leads—focus on closing deals quickly.
  • Meet strategic sales targets by utilizing consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
  • Provide demos, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate internally with delivery teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements:

  • Omani Nationality is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in IT and Software sales or account management.
  • Experience selling ERP, web/mobile solutions, or cybersecurity offerings.
  • Strong communication (English; Arabic an asset) and negotiation skills.
  • Local network and understanding of Omani market dynamics preferred.
  • Self-starter with a consultative, solution-selling approach.
