What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales of ERP (particularly Odoo), mobile apps, and websites.
- Develop and maintain client relationships across the enterprise and SME sectors.
- Generate and convert leads—focus on closing deals quickly.
- Meet strategic sales targets by utilizing consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
- Provide demos, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate internally with delivery teams to ensure customer success.
Requirements:
- Omani Nationality is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in IT and Software sales or account management.
- Experience selling ERP, web/mobile solutions, or cybersecurity offerings.
- Strong communication (English; Arabic an asset) and negotiation skills.
- Local network and understanding of Omani market dynamics preferred.
- Self-starter with a consultative, solution-selling approach.
