We handle a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the region, delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and service support for:

• Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems
• Gate automation (sliding, swing), road barriers, glass doors, rolling shutters
• CCTV, Access Control, and ELV Systems

To support our growing operations, we are looking for an HR & Recruitment Officer who is experienced in hiring engineers and technicians for these specialized technical fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Engineers, Automation Engineers/Technicians, and other technical roles.
• Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Use various channels (job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals) to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain and update a database of potential candidates, especially for engineering and technician roles.
• Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and coordination with HR and operations.
• Maintain hiring metrics and reporting to management regularly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, specifically in engineering and technical hiring.
• Proven ability to source candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, GulfTalent, Dubizzle, WhatsApp groups, etc.).
• Experience in hiring field staff, technicians, and engineers in fire safety, automation, or ELV industries is highly preferred.
• Own database of candidates is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE/Oman labor market and hiring procedures.
• Driving license is a plus.
• Strong communication, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus.

Employment Details:

• Job Location: UAE or Oman (based on operations)
• Salary: Based on experience + performance-based incentives
