We handle a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the region, delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and service support for:
- Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems
- Gate automation (sliding, swing), road barriers, glass doors, rolling shutters
- CCTV, Access Control, and ELV Systems
To support our growing operations, we are looking for an HR & Recruitment Officer who is experienced in hiring engineers and technicians for these specialized technical fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Engineers, Automation Engineers/Technicians, and other technical roles.
- Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Use various channels (job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals) to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update a database of potential candidates, especially for engineering and technician roles.
- Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and coordination with HR and operations.
- Maintain hiring metrics and reporting to management regularly.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, specifically in engineering and technical hiring.
- Proven ability to source candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, GulfTalent, Dubizzle, WhatsApp groups, etc.).
- Experience in hiring field staff, technicians, and engineers in fire safety, automation, or ELV industries is highly preferred.
- Own database of candidates is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of UAE/Oman labor market and hiring procedures.
- Driving license is a plus.
- Strong communication, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus.

- Job Location: UAE or Oman (based on operations)
- Salary: Based on experience + performance-based incentives
