• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Train and mentor staff members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and implement staff schedules to ensure efficient staffing levels.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas to improve the restaurant's performance.
• Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within the budget.
• Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
• Develop special, promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials and ensure adherence to local and company standards.
• Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene standards in kitchen and maintaining effective store presentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software.
• Flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• A degree or diploma in hotel management /hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Arabic.
