Job Description

Maintained updated inventory records and placed new orders to suppliers. • Tracked the arrival of recently ordered materials. • Checked incoming goods to verify that received items matched what was actually ordered. • Ensured that all materials and products were properly entered into system. • Ensured that all quality control procedures were followed. • Coordinated efforts with all members of the helper team. • Ensured that all deliveries were stored according to storage instructions. • Coordinate with freight forwarder for collection of consignment from suppliers (UAE). • Ensured that all delivered materials went to the right customer on timely manner. • Preparation of Entry Slip / Delivery Slip of materials received from Supplier • Preparation Slip (PS) distributing helpers to arrange customer order materials ready on timely. • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel ; Words etc) • MS Excel Vlook-up knowledge • Written skill in English
