As the Manager of our Trading of Swimming Pool Equipment division, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, procuring, and distributing high-quality swimming pool equipment to clients across the Middle East. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our trading operations and meet revenue targets.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors of swimming pool equipment.
Overseeing the procurement process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
Managing inventory levels, optimizing stock levels, and minimizing costs while ensuring product availability.
Providing leadership and guidance to the trading team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Over 7 years of experience in trading swimming pool equipment in the Middle East.
Proven track record of successfully managing trading operations and achieving sales targets.
Strong network of contacts within the swimming pool equipment industry in the Middle East.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
