Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and present architectural design concepts for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints, translating them into creative and functional design solutions.
Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs are compliant and innovative.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.
Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Valid architecture license and registration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of project types.
Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling, and rendering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino).
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent design and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
