We are seeking an experienced Architect with minimum 5 years of experience to join our firm in Muscat . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Interior Fitout and renovations work. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of interior fitout and renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interior fitout and renovation projects
- Conduct site visits and assessments
- Prepare and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Fitout and renovations work
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
- Excellent design and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong communication and project management skills
