Executive Assistant
**Responsibilities:**
1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Acting as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on action items.
3. Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executives, prioritizing and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
4. Assisting with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
5. Conducting research and gathering information as needed to support decision-making and project management.
6. Managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
7. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands.
8. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
9. Experience working in startup projects or in a dynamic and changing work environment.
10. Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
