Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management for at least two years in Oman or the Gulf countries.
- Good knowledge of restaurant management software and computer systems.
- Ability to lead and direct the work team.
- Excellent communication skills and high-level customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all daily restaurant operations.
- Manage financial and human resources efficiently.
- Ensure quality service and cleanliness at all times.
- Train and develop employees to achieve optimal performance.
- Handle customer complaints and suggestions effectively.
