We are hiring Joinery Industry experienced Draftsman part of our growing team. The designer will be responsible for the designing of Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other departments.
Key responsibilities includes, but not limited to;
o Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D Plans
o Shop drawing detailed shop drawing for mainly joinery & interior fit out.
o Prepare free hand section details for site people.
o Prepare and draw shop drawings as per site conditions and as per BOQ.
o Prepare shop drawings for joinery items for submittal to consultants/clients for approval.
To be successful on this role, we seek below requirements as mandatory:
o 3-5 years experience within a Joinery industry is a must.
o Bachelors in Architecture o Knowledge in Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry.
o Self reliance & ability in AutoCAD, and Microsoft office
o Design knowledge for Safety & Aesthetics, follow Oman Authority Guidelines
o General Knowledge of the interior fit out/joinery industry
o Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications Suppliers & Materials is a must
o Excellent English language skills - Verbal, written and spoken
