About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Salalah.

The primary responsibility of this role is to sell and rent properties, generate business opportunities, convert leads into successful transactions, and achieve monthly sales and rental targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell and rent residential and commercial properties.

- Generate leads and identify potential buyers, tenants, and investors.

- Respond to client inquiries, arrange property viewings, and follow up with prospects.

- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful sales and rental transactions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.

- Work towards monthly sales, rental, and revenue targets.

- Support property marketing and promotional activities.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and transactions.

- Stay informed about local property market trends and opportunities.

Requirements

- Experience in real estate sales and rentals is preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.

- Ability to build relationships and convert leads into transactions.

- Knowledge of the Salalah property market is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is beneficial.

- Relevant real estate licensing or professional authorization, where applicable, is required.
