Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and guest-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Front Office Department. The successful candidate will help ensure excellent guest service, smooth hotel operations, and high guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Front Office Manager in managing daily front desk operations.
Supervise reception, guest relations, reservations, and concierge activities.
Ensure professional check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Support staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments.
Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain service standards.
Prepare reports and ensure accurate billing and cash-handling procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel front office supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS).
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
