THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote the
company's products and services.
2. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and direct them to the relevant
department when required.
3. Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to maximize business
opportunities.
4. Schedule appointments and meetings for the MD/CEO with prospective
clients.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up
activities in the CRM or company database.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call performance and lead status reports
for the MD/CEO.
7. Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction calls and report findings to
management.
8. Follow up on quotations, proposals, pending payments, and customer
decisions.
9. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely
customer support.
10. Meet assigned call targets, lead conversion goals, and follow-up timelines.
11. Perform other administrative, sales, or customer support duties assigned by
the MD/CEO from time to time.
