Call Center Supervisor – Operations

Location: Muscat, Oman

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily call center operations and team performance.
  • Monitor calls, KPIs, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Coach and support team members.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in call center operations.
  • Previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
