Jerdy Trading & Contracting LLC (JTC) is seeking an experienced Joinery Workshop Manager to lead and manage our workshop operations in Oman.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in joinery/fabrication, proven leadership skills, and experience managing workshop teams and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Prepare detailed cut-out lists and material take-offs for fabrication and assembly.
• Use AutoCAD to review, modify, and prepare technical drawings as required.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate laborers and technicians to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and company requirements.
• Monitor production workflow, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure project deliverables are aligned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a workshop or fabrication environment, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including 2D drafting and basic 3D.
• Strong ability to prepare accurate cut-out lists, BOMs, and material estimates.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams of laborers and technicians.
• Good understanding of workshop safety, quality control, and production planning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in Oman and adapt to workshop/site conditions.
