Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure projects across our company's three core divisions: Water Pipeline, Telecom, and Road Works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing earthwork-related civil projects and a strong track record of successful project delivery within the Sultanate of Oman.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee projects across water pipeline, telecom infrastructure, and road works divisions from initiation to completion

Manage earthwork operations including excavation, trenching, backfilling, and site grading in line with project specifications

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress against milestones

Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities (municipalities, ROP, telecom regulators, etc.) as required

Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws, HSE regulations, and quality standards on all sites

Supervise site engineers, foremen, and supervisors across multiple concurrent project sites

Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for civil and earthwork activities

Prepare progress reports, variation claims, and project documentation for management and clients

Resolve on-site issues, manage risks, and ensure timely project handover

Liaise with tendering/estimation teams for upcoming bids based on field experience

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (PMP certification is a plus)

Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure/civil construction

Proven experience specifically in Oman is mandatory — must be familiar with local authorities, terrain, subcontractor networks, and regulatory processes

Demonstrated experience across at least two of the following: water pipeline networks, telecom infrastructure (ducting/cabling), road construction, and general earthworks

Strong knowledge of earthwork operations, survey coordination, and civil execution methods

Valid Oman driving license preferred

Excellent leadership, planning, and multi-site coordination skills

Strong command of English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam/Tamil is an advantage for site-level communication)
