Job Description

Castech Oman Branch is seeking a dedicated and organized PRO / Admin Officer to manage government relations, company licensing, employee visa processing, and general administrative operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Oman regulations while supporting the Company's day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process employment visas, Oman ID applications, labor clearances, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Labour, MOCIIP, Royal Oman Police (ROP), Municipality, OCCI, and other government authorities.
• Handle Commercial Registration (CR), company licenses, permits, and document renewals.
• Prepare official letters, NOCs, and government applications.
• Maintain employee records, passports, Oman IDs, visas, and confidential documents.
• Coordinate with banks, insurance providers, telecom companies, and other external service providers.
• Monitor and renew company licenses, permits, visas, and legal documents before expiry.
• Provide general administrative support and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Omani Nationals Only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO / Admin Officer in Oman.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Oman Labour Law and government procedures.
• Experience dealing with the Ministry of Labour, MOCIIP, Royal Oman Police (ROP), Municipality, OCCI, and other government authorities.
• Familiarity with Oman government e-services and online portals.
• Valid Oman Driving Licence is preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
