Job Overview

As a Waiter/Waitress at L'ETO Group, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering attentive, efficient, and personalized service. You will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
• Present menus, explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials with confidence and make recommendations recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen team
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards
• Ensure tables are set, maintained, and cleared promptly throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to incharges
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
• Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
