Job Vacancy: Call Center Agent cum MIS Executive

Location: Muscat, Oman
Position: Call Center Agent cum MIS Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and provide professional assistance.
  • Record and update customer information accurately.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain call records and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Candidate: Malayali Male
  • Good communication skills in English; Malayalam is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Good typing and data entry skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts.
  • Previous call center or MIS experience will be an advantage.
  • Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
